Tulle Black Dress : c/o Jooqs (Instagram)

I was pretty excited when Jooqs informed me that they would want me to wear their tutu dress. I was imagining how it'd be like and when it finally arrived in the mail, I shared the joy with my mum. I love every single details of the dress. Personally, I do not own any black dresses and you can call this the special one. The horizontal tulle added that simple design together with a contrast turquoise sash. The flow of the dress make me feel skinny and tall throughout the day.

It's the last three days of Ramadhan and Syawal is approaching. I hope everyone had a great month thus far and may we all welcome Syawal with open hands although it's sad that Ramadhan is leaving us too quickly. My Raya preparations is rather a simple one this year. Ready made clothes and ordered my shawls online unlike previous years where my mum would tailor made all my Raya clothes. I guess age is catching up and I like everything to simple these days. I hope everyone is having a great time preparing for Eid.

On a side note, my personal photographer for withinmyhijab is away for a month and that means I may not be updating as frequent. Heh. I will try and blog as and when possible.

Here, I would like to seek forgiveness to all my readers if I have offended you in anyway either through my posts or my words. Wishing all my Muslim readers, Selamat Hari Raya Maaf Zahir & Batin.

Monochrome Tulle

Shawl : Shopwithinmyhijab
Top : Thrifted
Tulle Skirt : Gift

My pick on monochrome. The tulle skirt just jazz up the whole simple outfit. Plus, added a little glam from my glitter shawl. I want to keep it as minimal as possible.

10 days of Ramadhan passed. I hope everyone is in pink of health. Keep embracing this lovely month before its gone. I am trying my very best to dress modestly during this month. Maxi skirts and maxi dresses have been dear to me. Thanks to Dian Pelangi for her #30daysmodestychallenge on Instagram. Let's all dress modestly during this month and may it continues! Baby steps. =)
